TITLE: Wean to Finish Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Wean to Finish Senior Supervisor

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

• Lead and direct a team of employees and contractors that are responsible for care, production performance, site maintenance, site appearance and controller cost and maximizing revenue.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with and guiding a team of managers to care for our pigs and facilities.
• Following and implementing company biosecurity policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all barns are ready prior to pigs arriving.
