HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Conduct tours of the property and available units for potential tenants.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about available units, property features, and lease terms.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media posts, and community outreach to attract prospective tenants.
• Prepare and review lease agreements with new tenants, explaining terms and conditions.
• Address and resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide regular reports to property managers on occupancy rates, tenant turnover, and other relevant metrics.
• Manage lease renewals and communicate with tenants about their options and any changes to terms.
• Perform regular property inspections to ensure units and common areas are well-maintained.
• Liaise with maintenance staff to ensure the timely completion of repairs and maintenance requests.
• Ensure tenants comply with property rules and regulations, taking appropriate action when violations occur.
• Process rent payments and follow up on late payments.

Position Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish & English is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software and office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Persuasive sales abilities to convert leads into leases.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
