The purpose of the Senior Manager, Culture Events role is to help Red Bull become the most aspirational brand by leading world-class event marketing initiatives across our key cultural focus areas. This position is responsible for working with programming partners to develop Red Bull-branded live experiences within the Culture Marketing portfolio, as well as supporting regional teams in executing these events.
The Senior Manager, Culture Events will collaborate across departments to ensure that all events are impactful, high quality, and consistent for the brand, our cultural programs, and the artists we support.
All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
EVENTS NETWORK
Support the regional team in executing event properties that are globally relevant. Develop the necessary guidelines and tools, in collaboration with programming and booking counterparts, to enable on-strategy execution of titled events within the territory. Leverage your existing network to help execute events, maintaining up-to-date relationships with your vendor network, from fabricators to sound providers. Lead the process of defining and evaluating success across all titled “Big Moments” by facilitating project kick-offs, postmortems, and recap sessions. Serve as the branding expert across the events network, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the Red Bull brand is communicated consistently and appropriately. Lead cross-departmental alignment with On-Premise Sales to ensure clear ways of working across the entire events network. Keep the can front and center through authentic and credible integrations in all activities.
EFFICIENT PLANNING AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION
Manage an external network of production and creative partners to ensure the highest-quality execution across our events portfolio, including leading the RFP and RFI processes and conducting vendor performance reviews. Drive innovation within project management systems across the events network, and communicate recommendations for change to the Director, Culture Events & Booking. Share best practices and lessons learned from flagship event executions with the goals of increasing efficiency and inspiring innovation. Serve as a ticketing expert, supporting a cross-functional team of stakeholders to ensure the events network fully leverages opportunities for data analysis and incremental revenue. Support the Communications team in achieving optimal media outcomes.
EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION AND MANAGEMENT
Establish trust and accountability for the culture program at all levels of the organization by building strong cross-functional relationships and effective ways of working. Lead the Regional Culture Event Managers, consistently providing feedback to elevate overall event execution as well as individual skill sets. Deliver appropriate training, in coordination with the Director of Culture Events and Booking, to continually enhance the skills of the Culture teams.

The base salary range for this position is $85,360 – 128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
