Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Transformation Director. The role involves leading and implementing sales transformation strategies, driving digital and business transformation initiatives, and analyzing data to support strategic decisions. Additional responsibilities include managing programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing expert consulting to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation
• Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate data and inform decision-making
• Program Management experience with a focus on delivering complex projects
• Proven ability to provide Consulting services and advisory expertise
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in luxury goods or jewelry industry preferred
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
