Job Title: Technical Software Delivery Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Delivery Manager who blends the technical depth of a development lead with the organizational precision of a project manager. You’ll drive end-to-end software delivery — from planning through release — while leading teams, optimizing workflows, and aligning technology with business goals.

This role touches strategy, development, and execution. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and remove roadblocks, all while fostering a high-performing and collaborative engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex software projects across the team and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore software engineers and delivery leads, ensuring clear goals and strong execution
• Manage project timeline, risk mitigation, release planning, and reporting across the SDLC
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA to align priorities and dependencies
• Improve delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and help scale team processes
• Ensure technical teams follow best practices in design, development, and deployment
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on delivery health
• Track key KPIs (velocity, quality, scope) and continuously improve outcomes
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled development workflows and tools across the SDLC to improve engineering productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance code quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software delivery/project/engineering management roles
• Lending/Financial services experience highly preferred
• Proven success leading software teams in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern development practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Ability to balance technical depth with delivery oversight
• Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled development tools across the full SDLC (design, coding, testing, and documentation) to improve developer productivity, delivery speed, and code quality
