Job Description
St. Mary’s Academy seeks a thoughtful, collaborative, and student-centered Director of Student Success to lead and coordinate student academic and mental health support services across the Academy. This role ensures that all students have access to the resources, structures, and supports necessary to thrive academically and personally.
Working closely with divisional leadership, counselors, faculty, and families, the Director of Student Success oversees the alignment and implementation of the Academy’s learning support and mental health practices. This leader supervises Learning Support Teachers and counselors and provides strategic oversight of Learning Plans and learning evaluations, and coordinates with outside providers to ensure that support systems are cohesive, effective, and responsive to student needs.
Grounded in the Loretto School Values, the Director of Student Success helps cultivate a culture where every student is known, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker and relationship-builder who brings expertise in learning support, a deep understanding of diverse learners, an understanding of the Neuroscience of Learning, and a collaborative approach to working with faculty, families, and specialists.

All St. Mary’s Academy Faculty are responsible for a variety of duties and tasks throughout the day; the principal will assign these and share them with the faculty. These tasks and assignments change as the community’s needs are determined.
Salary/Benefits
The salary range for this full-time, exempt position is $85,000 to $100,000. St. Mary’s Academy provides excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and life insurance, retirement, paid time off, tuition remission, and opportunities for professional development.
