Job Summary
This job involves activating event marketing strategies, researching and developing marketing content, and serving as the main POC for ensuring operational efficiencies for events across sales channels. It includes being an expert at event strategy and execution, understanding the consumer journey and mindset, analyzing industry data, translating business goals into actionable insights, and contributing to the evaluation of marketing effectiveness. The role supports ongoing program optimization to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Managing event strategy and execution for events across competitive and network expansion markets, including setup and breakdown at times.
Serving as the main point of contact for event scheduling to ensure operational efficiencies across sales teams.
Collaborate with marketing team on event planning needs including ordering of collateral, premiums, assets, uniforms, etc.
Gathering market insights to inform and shape marketing strategies
Assisting in the translation of business objectives into analytical frameworks for market insights
Contributing to the creation of reports that measure the success of marketing initiatives
Supporting the continuous improvement of marketing programs through analysis and reporting
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Must be able to carry and lift up to 35-pound boxes.
