Proposal Assistant Full Time

Overview:

We are a comprehensive services company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal and field specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering information in the field to compile thorough proposals. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a plus but not necessarily excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Office programs and data entry are essential. This role involves approximately 50% outdoor work in various weather conditions and 50% in-office tasks. Prior experience is not required; we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to properties to collect information under all weather conditions.
• Understand measurements, timelines, and handyman services.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Google tools, and email communication effectively.
• Professionally answer phone calls and coordinate with clients and team members.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with office staff.
• Write, review, and edit proposal content.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure proposal accuracy.
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Lead proposal presentations and discussions with potential clients, highlighting our value propositions.
