Job Overview:
T-M-T Gravel & Contracting is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to work on rock crushing crews. This is a traveling position with a steady rotation: 10 days on, 4 days off (home twice a month).

Work is typically performed throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (PA, VA, MD, NC).

This job offers extensive overtime, with 60+ hours per week typical for those looking to earn.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run an excavator feeding a rock crusher
• Operate a hoe ram (breaking oversized rock)
• Operate a rock truck when needed
• Work around crushing equipment and keep production moving
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all job site safety rules

What You Need:

• Excavator experience (required)
• Experience feeding crushers (preferred)
• Ability to run a hoe ram
• Rock truck experience is a plus
• Willing to travel throughout PA, VA, MD, and NC
• Able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Valid driver’s license

Pay & Benefits:
