What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage inbound calls in a timely manner, addressing customer inquiries
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish a positive rapport with callers
• Follow up on customer interactions when necessary and escalate priority issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to two years of import, export, operations, or logistics experience and/or training
• Excellent soft skills
• Previous call center experience
• Ability to integrate coaching and feedback into daily routines

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in customer service within the logistics or transportation industry
• Familiarity with shipping instructions and related documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated issues
