Client Operations Specialist Full Time NEW

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Client Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. This individual brings strong analytical thinking, clear communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable identifying gaps while ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and external partners.

This role is fully remote. Applicants must reside in the state of Florida.

Client Operations Specialist Responsibilities

• Review and process client or agent change requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Update and maintain records across multiple systems, including CRM and internal platforms.
• Analyze documentation to identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up as needed.
• Communicate updates and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Support process improvements and assist with special projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Client Operations Specialist Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps and ensure data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Effective and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
• Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or client operations is preferred.
