Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Travel: Required between nearby office locations
Experience Required: 2+ years in orthodontic treatment coordination
Compensation: $28.00 starting pay
Bonus: $1,500 sign-on bonus (paid in installments)
A reputable and growing orthodontic practice is seeking a highly experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This confidential opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused, fast-paced environment and is confident presenting treatment and financial plans.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing orthodontic patients.
- Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans and payment options.
- Coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and financial agreements.
- Build rapport and trust with patients to support treatment acceptance.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative team members across two locations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental role (required).
- Strong understanding of orthodontic services, including braces, aligners, and retainers.
- Proven ability to present treatment and financial plans with professionalism and clarity.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with dental/ortho software systems.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between two locations.
