About Us
Goons Up started in 2017 as an Instagram page for Marine machine gunners and infantrymen. It grew into a community of 500K+ followers and hundreds of millions of views, and that community built a brand. We’re infantry-first, lineage-driven, and rooted in the MOSs that rarely get the spotlight. We’re growing toward 8 figures and are looking for someone who understands e-commerce at a deep level to help us get there the right way.
The Role
You’ll own revenue growth and eCommerce performance end-to-end and be the key driver for scaling profitably toward $10M+, aligning paid media, CRO, retention, and operations. You’ll build and run the growth roadmap, work directly with the founder, and drive real outcomes. If you’ve spent years scaling e-commerce brands to 8 figures, this might be exactly what you’ve been looking for. This is not a corporate environment. The right person will genuinely enjoy the work, connect with the community, and take pride in what they’re building.
What You’ll Own
- Revenue growth and profitability
- E-commerce performance (CR, AOV, LTV, margins)
- Growth prioritization and sequencing
- Cross-channel alignment (paid, CRO, retention, ops)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in e-commerce growth
- Extensive experience scaling brands to 8 figures
- Ready to develop a genuine connection to the military and veteran community
- Experience in apparel/gear is a plus
