We’re looking for a Carrier Account Manager to join our operations team and play a critical role in executing loads, negotiating with carriers, and supporting our sales team at the highest level. This role is not passive. It’s fast-paced, performance-driven, and rewards those willing to do whatever it takes.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners
- Source and negotiate capacity to meet time-sensitive customer needs
- Cover and manage loads in both spot and contract environments
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and appointment scheduling
- Communicate proactively with sales on load status and issues
- Respond quickly and approriately to customers
- Build accurate quotes for our sales team
- Solve problems quickly when things don’t go as planned
- Leverage technology and data to make smarter decisions
- Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs

- Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience (required)

Compensation & Growth
- Base salary: $45,000–$60,000
- On-target earnings: $80,000+ after Year 1
- Top performers earn $100,000+ by Year 2
- Top performers earn 120,000+ by Year 3
