Dilzer Eye Care Associates is seeking a Front Desk Medical Receptionist who is patient-focused and ready to be part of a team that delivers a 5-star experience, every patient, every time.

Prior medical experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for the right person, and we’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do
This is a dynamic, cross-trained role combining front desk and clinical responsibilities. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Welcoming patients and managing check-in/check-out
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Insurance verification and filing
- Scanning and managing records in our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Assisting with contact lens ordering and training
- Collecting comprehensive medical and ophthalmic histories
- Performing visual acuity testing and assisting with diagnostic equipment
- Supporting smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Opening and closing office procedures
Important: We are a fully electronic office, strong computer skills are essential.
