Join our new and growing concrete division as a Concrete Laborer and play a vital role in bringing robust, durable structures to life! This position offer an opportunity to apprentice with a concrete finisher and a pathway to running a concrete crew in the future. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be instrumental in preparing sites, handling materials, and assisting with finishing tasks that ensure the highest quality concrete work. Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including setting up forms and reinforcing rebar according to schematics and blueprints
• Operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Handle heavy lifting of materials such as concrete bags, rebar, and formwork components to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing tasks to achieve smooth surfaces and proper structural integrity
• Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute concrete forming, metal stud framing, or masonry work
• Support installation of decorative or functional hardscape elements like tile laying or stucco finishes
• Conduct demolition or restoration work as needed during renovation projects using hand tools and specialized equipment

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumping systems
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining agility on busy construction sites
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to operate heavy machinery or commercial driving vehicles when required
• Willing to train!
