About the Opportunity
GC Biopharma USA is looking for a high-performing Regional Business Manager (RBM) to drive growth across a key territory. This role is ideal for a proven pharmaceutical sales professional with experience in immunology, specialty pharmacy, and plasma-derived therapies who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
You’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint by partnering with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and specialty pharmacies—delivering value-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a regional territory, consistently exceeding sales targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with specialty pharmacies and key healthcare providers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Execute strategic territory plans and sales initiatives
- Partner with internal teams to support product launches and pull-through strategies
- Analyze market trends and sales data to optimize performance
- Represent GC Biopharma at industry conferences and events
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical, plasma, or specialty healthcare sales
- Strong preference for experience with:
- Immunoglobulin (IVIG / SCIG)
- Plasma-derived therapies
- Bleeding disorders or rare disease markets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience working with specialty pharmacy call points
- Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
