Customer Experience & Order Fulfillment Intern Full Time NEW

Position Description

As a Summer Intern in Order Fulfillment, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service and data processing while supporting our team in meeting critical deadlines for our customers. This internship provides an opportunity to develop practical skills in order management, data accuracy, and customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with processing customer orders, quotes, and other related transactions.
• Help gather and clarify information from customers to ensure accurate processing.
• Support maintaining customer master data and verifying records.
• Learn to manage order and quote activities efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn data entry processes.
• Ability to type accurately (approx. 45 wpm) and manage tasks efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation. Exposure to ERP systems, Salesforce, or SAP is a plus but not required.
• Available for an on-site internship, spending most of the time working at a computer.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and schedules.
