About the Opportunity:
Join a leading partner in data center development as a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager on the client side. Take ownership of safety oversight for high-tech, high-stakes construction projects, ensuring the well-being of all personnel and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of HSE strategies for large-scale data center construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments, with special focus on electrical systems, high-voltage areas, and critical infrastructure.
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to embed a proactive safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and state/local HSE regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to all site personnel on HSE policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager on client-side construction projects, preferably data centers or industrial facilities.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, mechanical hazards, and critical infrastructure risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
