???????Our client, The Procter & Gamble Company (Consumer Goods / FMCG) is seeking a Design Lead eCommerce (Office-Creative/Design) to join their team. You will be part of the Creative/Design team supporting Brand, Marketing, and eCommerce business teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional creativity, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Design Lead eCommerce (Office-Creative/Design)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Range: $ 51.58 /hour
?? What’s the Job?
Develop and execute design strategy, translating business and consumer needs into creative design concepts and packaging
Create key visuals and campaign concepts for eCommerce and digital platforms
Design digital assets for specific business categories and eCommerce campaigns (up to 30 assets per campaign / 180 visuals per month)
Develop e-content for retailer platforms, including power images and secondary benefit visuals
Support flagship store assets and flows in collaboration with brand teams
Adapt existing templates, visuals, and files into multiple formats and sizes for different channels
Create basic GIFs, IG Story content, and perform light video editing
Deliver assets within 2-3 working days, including up to 2-3 rounds of revisions
? What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field from an accredited college or university
Minimum 3 years of design experience and/or experience in creative agencies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong ability to translate creative concepts into effective digital executions
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables
