What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Schedule patients for visit plans, ensuring consistency and continuity of care
- Utilize productivity spreadsheets to ensure clinician efficiency and report any deficiencies
- Process incoming referrals accurately and strive for admission within 24 hours
- Document updates on patient care and manage scheduling adjustments
- Navigate and manage workflows within the WellSky EMR system
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be a High School graduate
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address scheduling challenges
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a healthcare scheduling or administrative role
- Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WellSky
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented setting
