Position Summary:
Hera Women’s Health affiliate practice, Legacy For Women is seeking a full-time Appointment Scheduler to join our Phone Team to support a friendly, calm and high-quality patient experience through professional and kind phone interactions. Efficiently schedule patients and take pride that full schedules drive a successful practice. Join our thriving community practice located in Henderson, Nevada.

Responsibilities:
Schedule all Office visits, with the exception of pre- and post-surgery visits
Send patient Reminders
Handle reschedules/ cancellations with a focus on retaining the patient
Ensure patients know how to access Phreesia and are encouraged to validate their information prior to visit
Proactively call patients who are due for appointment but not yet scheduled, using Athena
Handle patient messages returning calls promptly
Provide directions to office, required information, patient portal usage and transfer clinical questions.
Handle GYN patient referrals
cross train on Receptionist duties
Other duties as assigned
Top Candidates will:
Be patient and Professional
Have Compassion in dealing with Patient concerns and anxiety
Learn Athena and have Proficiency to fully leverage the system
Attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
Adhere to all state HIPPA and CDC regulations
Medical office experience is a plus, but other experience will be considered
