As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers, providing top-notch service
- Assist with inquiries, problem-solving, and solutions
- Work with a dynamic team to exceed expectations
Shift example weekdays: 12:30pm – 9:00pm
Shift example weekends: 9:00am – 5:30pm (this will vary as the business needs change)
Expected hours: 40 per week
