Local restoration contractor on Maui, is seeking high-energy, responsible individuals to make a difference in people’s lives. Our technicians help change people’s lives every day. This is one of the most fulfilling and unique opportunities in Hawaii. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for someone who wants to get in on a tremendous opportunity. No experience necessary. We will train the right individuals to be the most technically gifted and successful in the industry. If you have experience, we will help you maximize your potential and show you how to excel. We are an IICRC Certified Firm, so IICRC certifications are a plus. We especially welcome veterans of our Armed Forces.
What we’re looking for:
– Great attitude and integrity
– The ability to lift 75 pounds and like it
– A current driver’s license with clean record
– The ability to write and speak to customers
– The desire to help people in distress
– The ability to work long hours, at times
– An ability or desire to be a problem solver
– Those who take great pride in seeing a job well-done
What to expect:
– Responding to emergency calls during work hours, as well as, a rotating call schedule after hours and some weekends
– Entering a damaged environment and transforming it back to its original glory
– Learning the science and art of property restoration from one of the biggest names in the industry
– Working in a collaborative, team environment
– Working hard and seeing the look on a customer’s face who you helped
– Making a difference, one customer at a time
