Leafguard Representative Full Time NEW

Embera Collective, Inc is looking for a LeafGuard Representative to join a growing field marketing team supporting residential home improvement campaigns in Portland, OR and surrounding areas. The LeafGuard Representative role focuses on educating homeowners about gutter protection solutions, delivering in-person product demonstrations, and guiding customers through informed decision-making.

As a LeafGuard Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners to assess needs, explain product benefits, and present tailored home improvement solutions that protect property value and reduce maintenance concerns. This role emphasizes consistent sales execution, adaptability in the field, and the ability to communicate value in real time while working within structured outreach territories.

Leafguard Representative Responsibilities

• Present home improvement solutions while driving sales performance in assigned territories
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations and explain residential property benefits
• Identify homeowner needs and deliver tailored recommendations
• Generate new customer opportunities through field and neighborhood outreach
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and daily sales activity tracking
• Improve outreach strategies and overall sales effectiveness
