CDL-A Driver – No Experience Needed

SYI 2 CORP is now hiring CDL-A solo drivers for regional lanes out of Texas. No driving experience required. We bring on recent graduates and provide paid onboarding, real-world training, and one-on-one support from a dedicated dispatcher. You’ll get consistent miles, weekly pay, and a team that keeps you running while you build a long-term driving career

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,950/week
• Annual equivalent: $68,000–$100,000/year
• CPM Rate: 50¢–65¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 15 years)
• Miles: ~ 2,500 – 3,000 per week
• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 ($500 after your 1st load and $500 after a month)

Home Time

• 34 hours reset

Orientation

• One-day paid orientation covering safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment for new drivers
• Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck
• Transportation and accommodation covered during orientation

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
• Drivers will get an assigned truck
• All trucks are automatic – drivers with manual restrictions are welcome

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• No prior experience needed
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must reside within 75 miles of Texas
• Basic load securement awareness required (no unloading)
• No major violations in the last 12 months
• MVR checked for last 3 years
• Background check for last 10 years
• Must pass hair & urine drug test

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork
• Deliver freight safely and on time
• Operate automatic tractor with 48’–53’ trailer
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
