Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Support installation, calibration, and commissioning of robots
• Diagnose and resolve system downtime efficiently
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve robot performance
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation
• Support software/firmware updates and system diagnostics

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in robotics / automation / mechatronics support

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of:

• Industrial or collaborative robotics systems
• PLCs and control systems
• Sensors, actuators, and electromechanical systems
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Hands-on field service or maintenance experience

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Robotics Engineering
• Experience with ABB / FANUC / KUKA / Yaskawa robots
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards (OSHA or equivalent)
• Exposure to robotics software integration is a plus
