General Foreman Full Time NEW

Job Overview
Southwest Tree is seeking an experienced and motivated General Foreman to lead our tree service crews across Collinsville, Oologah, and Javine, OK. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining productivity, and delivering high-quality work.

We are looking for a strong leader who sets the standard for safety, efficiency, and professionalism in the field.

Duties

• Lead and supervise multiple tree crews across job sites
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards
• Conduct job site assessments and daily safety briefings
• Operate and oversee equipment (Jarraff, bucket trucks, chippers, saws, etc.)
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• Maintain quality control on all projects
• Communicate effectively with customers and management
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of tree service or forestry experience (required)
• Proven leadership or foreman experience
• Hands-on experience operating a Jarraff is required
• Strong knowledge of tree removal and right-of-way clearing
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Ability to travel between job sites as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
