Account Manager – Staffing & Recruiting
Chicago, IL (Remote)
Base Salary: $70,000 + Commission
Cullerton Group is a staffing and recruiting firm supporting clients across engineering, manufacturing, and technical disciplines. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of existing client relationships.
This role will focus on managing active accounts, partnering with internal recruiting teams, and identifying opportunities to expand services within existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Lead intake calls to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Manage ongoing communication with clients throughout the recruiting process
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and priorities
- Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer coordination
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure timely decision-making
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts (additional roles, teams, or departments)
- Track activity and maintain accurate records within internal systems
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a client-facing sales role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working directly with clients or customers in a professional setting
- Comfortable leading conversations and managing expectations
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000
- Commission: 10% of revenue generated from assigned accounts
- Uncapped earning potential
Location
- Chicago area preferred
- Position is 100% remote
