Regional Sales Manager – Northeast Region

Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Northeast Region will drive sales growth and build strong relationships with dealers and SCP branches in the region. This role oversees a team of sales representatives, ensures sales targets are met or exceeded, and represents Aiper at vendor events and store visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pool dealers and local SCP branches.
- Lead and coach a team of sales reps to achieve or surpass annual sales targets.
- Meet and exceed defined KPIs, including growth in dealer accounts and market share expansion within the region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share.
- Organize and attend tabletop vendor events, trade shows, and dealer trainings.
- Conduct regular store visits with the sales team to support dealer needs and promote Aiper’s products.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service and product support.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably 2 to 3 years in the pool industry (pool industry experience is a plus but not required).
- Experience working with PoolCorp or similar distributors is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast region.
Location
This is a remote position based within the Northeast region, with regular travel required.
