Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented LIHTC Recertification Specialist to join our team in the Bronx, NY (Highbridge). This vital role involves managing the recertification process for residents participating in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting affordable housing initiatives, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our housing programs while fostering positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.

Work environment: Predominantly office environment unless traveling to building sites. The noise level in the office environment is usually minimal but may increase depending on activity levels in the office.
