We are looking for a high-performance operator to work directly with a fast-moving CEO in a high-pressure, high-ownership environment. This role demands urgency, precision, and the ability to think, act, and execute at the level of the CEO.

You will be expected to move fast, make decisions, and operate without waiting for instructions. This is a role where hours, days, and time off are secondary to execution and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic extension of the CEO, not just administrative support.
• Manage and prioritize a highly dynamic calendar with competing demands.
• Drive execution across multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Handle sensitive communications and decisions with discretion and speed.
• Coordinate global travel, meetings, and high-stakes engagements.
• Prepare executive-level materials: reports, presentations, and briefings.
• Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables across teams.
• Anticipate needs, remove blockers, and keep the CEO focused on outcomes.
• Interface with clients, leadership, and external stakeholders at a high level.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to handle pressure, ambiguity, and rapid decision-making.
• Strong client-facing experience (3+ years).
• Exceptional communication, organization, and execution skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance.
• High level of ownership, discretion, and accountability.
