Overview

Looking for a lead and a helper. Both will need previous experience installing gutters

Pay to be negotiated based on experience. $24-$30/hr.

Experience in other trades is a bonus but please only apply if you have experience working on, or running a gutter installation crew. Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable to drive a company truck.

Duties

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install various types of gutters, downspouts, and related components using hand tools and power tools.
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding or ladders, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Perform repairs on existing gutter systems, including sealing leaks with caulking or replacing damaged sections.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, adhering to safety standards and client specifications.
• Utilize construction estimating skills to determine material needs and project timelines.
• Assist with other construction-related tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, or masonry work when required.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction or roofing installation is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety procedures.
• Experience with heavy lifting and working at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
• Knowledge of related trades such as plumbing, masonry, or remodeling is a plus.
