Our Content & Business Products (CBP) Engineering teams build the products and services to enable the entire workflow of content production, from pitch to play, and provide innovative new ways to develop and manage entertainment at scale. Within the Content & Business Products org, Localization Tech team focuses on scaling the reach of our content by localizing Netflix’s content to 35 languages for both dubbing and subtitles (and similar use cases such as closed captions etc). This team is responsible for building, operating and maintaining tools that allow linguists to author scripts that assist with localization workflows. A big part of our charter is to innovate on improving accessibility to our content via audio description or SDH assets.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $388,000.00 – $558,000.00.
