This role is built for someone who wants technical influence, complex projects, and the chance to work on systems that really matter.
You enjoy being at the centre of complex technical conversations. Working with utilities, industrial sites, and energy infrastructure where the solution really matters and the detail can’t be glossed over. You’re comfortable translating technical capability into something customers can trust and act on, and you want a role where that expertise shapes the outcome.
You’re now looking for a role where you’ll be designing solutions end to end, working closely with product, engineering, and sales, and staying involved beyond the demo stage. You want to be a technical partner in the deal, not just support around the edges, especially when the projects are high-impact and infrastructure-level. This Solution Engineering role will give you exactly that.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client is transforming how critical infrastructure is monitored, using noninvasive technology to detect issues within industrial assets long before failures occur. Their predictive maintenance platform replaces traditional, reactive approaches with realtime intelligence, helping operators increase uptime, reduce risk and extend asset lifespan at scale.
This is a growing organisation where teams are encouraged to take ownership and solve complex challenges. Their culture blends deep technical expertise with a collaborative, pragmatic mindset, offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders while having a visible impact on the product and its direction. Alongside this, they offer a competitive benefits package including healthcare coverage and a 401k, supporting both shortterm wellbeing and longterm security as the business continues to scale.
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll work directly with the CRO in a business delivering predictive monitoring and industrial IoT solutions across critical energy environments, taking a lead role in shaping how solutions are designed and delivered.
This role will suit you if you…
