The Director of Sales is responsible for driving the success and efficiency of our organization’s account management teams. This role involves developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue and cost-of-sale objectives while fostering a high-performance culture within the sales organization. This position requires a balance of strategic vision, operational execution, and strong relationship management skills to deliver strong results across an account portfolio.
