You’ll represent AT&T services in a face-to-face setting—helping customers evaluate wireless options, understand pricing, and make confident decisions. Spanish-speaking customers are a key part of the market, so the ability to communicate clearly in Spanish is required.

Day-to-Day Scope

• Initiate conversations with customers in person
• Walk through wireless plans, devices, and service features
• Assist Spanish-speaking customers from first interaction through completion
• Qualify needs and align solutions efficiently
• Process activations, upgrades, and account changes
• Track performance against daily and weekly targets
