Fertilizer & Plant Healthcare Manager Full Time NEW

Lead Fertilizer and Plant Healthcare Manager:

• Oversee and manage in-house turf and plant healthcare division
• This is a leadership-level role responsible for the planning, execution, and quality control of all fertilizer and plant healthcare services across the company’s portfolio of high-end residential properties.
• Ensure safe, accurate applications in compliance with NYS DEC regulations
• Plan and execute seasonal fertilizer and plant healthcare programs
• Manage materials, products, and equipment for the division
• Monitor plant and turf health; diagnose and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain detailed application records and reporting
• Communicate scheduling, site conditions, and recommendations with management and clients
• Deliver consistent quality service to ensure client satisfaction
• Perform monthly irrigation inspections, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Identify upsell opportunities and service enhancements
• Coordinate with landscape maintenance and property management teams

Requirements:

• NYS Certified Pesticide Applicator (Category 3A – Ornamental & Turf)
• Experience in plant healthcare and fertilization within landscaping
• Strong knowledge of turf, trees, shrubs, and ornamentals
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Working knowledge of irrigation systems
• Experience with high-end residential properties preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
