Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Concessions Shop Manager to join our team in the Greater Chicago Area. This on-site role will oversee all aspects of the store’s daily operations, including managing sales performance, maintaining stock levels, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead and motivate a team, provide guidance to meet business objectives, and ensure operational excellence. The role also includes analyzing sales data, implementing merchandising strategies, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

• Direct customer-facing sales experience (+5 yrs) with proven sales results and accomplishments
• Management Experience (+ 2yrs)
