Extrusion Supervisor Full Time NEW

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list is not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned as directed by management. The duties may change from time to time as business requirements so mandate.

Oversee the safety, quality, and production of the press shift

Make sure all tasks performed by the crew are being done safely with the appropriate PPE

Line up orders following the production schedule

Assist other press supervisors as needed

Make sure all necessary personnel and supplies are available for the shift

Verify that all metal leaving the dept. is within the quality standards and process standards established

Assist in training as needed

Verify press operator is running die to process and making quality checks per the standard

Verify headstretcher is stretching to process and making quality checks per the standard

Verify headsaw is cutting metal to process, loading buggy properly, and making quality checks per the standard

Verify towmotor drive has all necessary supplies needed by the crew and keeps the product flowing thru the dept

Verify extraman has proper logs loaded on table, puts dies in die box properly, and makes timely die changes per the process

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
