Role Description

Empire Tex is seeking a Regional Manager for a full-time, remote position. The Regional Manager will oversee business operations within their designated region, ensuring goals and targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include managing regional staff, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and driving operational efficiency. Additionally, the Regional Manager will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and will represent the company in business meetings and industry events within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership, regional management, and operational oversight
• Strong skills in strategic planning, sales strategies, and identifying market opportunities
• Proficiency in business communication, client relationship management, and negotiation
• Familiarity with supply chain management, textile manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
• Understanding of sustainability principles and ethical practices in manufacturing is preferred
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
