Primary Function
The Director of Business Development & Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving profitable sales growth across the organization.
This position owns the full sales function–from pipeline management to deal execution–while ensuring all projects meet target margin goals and contribute to long-term profitability.
This leader oversees the Sales and Estimating Departments, aligns cross-functional teams, and builds scalable systems that support sustainable growth.
