The Entry Level Customer Associate leads the enrollment of new customers into the best wireless plans for their lifestyle.

As an Entry Level Customer Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of AT&T in Naperville and Chicago retail stores, helping our diverse community stay connected. The Entry Level Customer Associate will guide each customer through the enrollment process while driving sales of wireless solutions that perfectly match their needs. Your focus on customer satisfaction will make you an invaluable part of our sales team.

Role Requirements for an Entry Level Customer Associate

• Approach retail guests with confidence, guide them through AT&T’s wireless enrollment, and secure new activations.
• Evaluate customer habits to recommend the most suitable Unlimited plan and highlight accessory opportunities.
• Deliver seamless device setup by executing secure eSIM activations.
• Protect customer trust by ensuring accurate and compliant enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to curate displays and create a welcoming retail environment.
