The Court Liaison is responsible for attending Jefferson County Juvenile Court on a daily basis and providing direct support to court operations and partnering agencies. Key responsibilities include installing and removing GPS tracking units on juveniles involved in the court system, maintaining thorough knowledge of all monitoring equipment, and completing accurate data entry within the GPS monitoring software. The role also requires managing inventory of GPS devices, communicating case information to Case Managers, Department of Juvenile Justice staff, and the ATD Coordinator, and remaining accessible by cell phone while at court to ensure timely coordination. The Court Liaison must complete all required daily, weekly, and monthly documentation promptly and accurately, demonstrate strong initiative and work ethic, and possess solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, and OneDrive/SharePoint.
