Growing Specialty Glass Company seeking experienced Service Technicians, Shower door Specialists, Residential Glass specialists and lead glaziers. Full time position with benefits. No layoffs! Knowledge in all phases of glazing and or glass service. Knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing,Framing,Trim work,Drywall and any other phases of construction are also a plus. Must have a clean background and good driving record. Must be dependable and able to work alone as well as with others. Must be able to read tape measure, work from ladders and get the project done. Must be willing to work to get the job time. Completion schedules and detail to work are a must. This team is a family atmosphere where you are more than just a number. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

* Run service calls including but not limited to Residential IGU’s, Showers, Table Glass, commercial service, Door Repair, Window Installs and repairs and more.

*Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of vehicle.

*Sell small projects and add on’s to customers while on site.

*Conduct accurate measurements for ordering and estimating departments.

*Collect payments and paperwork from customers for work performed.

*Complete invoice and daily paperwork as required.

*Demonstrate quality work and exemplary customer service skills.

*Keep jobs and work vehicle clean, neat and professional.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Prior Experience in the construction industry. Glass and Glazing, Carpentry, and service work are a plus.

*Ability to measure accurately and use tools of the trade properly.

*Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds and lifts as required.

*Must be able to lift heavy objects as required.

*Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology.

*Must have basic hand tools of the trade. Drills, screwdrivers, saws and operate effectively and safely.

*Must be able to work efficiently wile providing quality work and a great customer experience.

*Excellent communication skills

*Professional appearance and personality.
