Responsibilities:

• Work in the field to recover delinquent merchandise in a professional and respectful manner.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to handle challenging situations and ensure positive interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of recovered merchandise and customer interactions.
• Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements.
• Contact customers by phone whose agreements have expired.
• Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality and consistency regarding accounts.
• Contact references on expired accounts
• Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
• Authorize field collections, repossession and de-installations of rented tires and wheels.
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Strong computer skills
• Complete 25 calls per hour
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic mechanical knowledge related to tires and wheels is an advantage.
• Proficient in using technology and software for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Zero experience required—just a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active in a shop environment.
• Valid driver’s license (to move vehicles safely in/out of bays).
• Customer-first mindset and teamwork spirit.
