What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle all inbound and outbound calls for potential disability clients
• Perform general office duties, including checking email and chat communications
• Follow a script to ask questions and enter data into the consultation and application system
• Maintain client confidentiality during all interactions
• Adapt to changing work hours based on company needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of previous high-volume call center experience
• 2 years of experience using auto dialer software
• Must pass a background check and typing test with a minimum speed of 35 WPM
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience reading verbatim from a script
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and time management skills
