We are seeking a highly accomplished Regional Vice President of Performance to help shape the future of a large, decentralized construction materials organization. This executive‑level role is responsible for driving operational performance, continuous improvement, and enterprise transformation across multiple operating companies and lines of business.

What You’ll Do

As a key regional leader, you will partner closely with Presidents, Operations leaders, and Finance teams to define priorities, lead change, and deliver sustained improvements in performance, profitability, safety, service, and compliance.

Operational Excellence & Performance Leadership

• Serve as a trusted internal advisor and change leader, driving operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
• Identify performance gaps and collaborate directly with local leadership to implement best‑in‑class tools, processes, and improvement methodologies.
• Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify issues and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Lead the deployment and adoption of continuous improvement and operational excellence practices across the region.
• Support acquisition integrations, greenfield startups, and operational onboarding initiatives.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives with clear accountability, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure consistent performance management disciplines across multiple sites and businesses.

Leadership & Influence

• Build strong partnerships with regional and local leaders in a decentralized operating environment.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Clearly communicate initiatives, progress, and performance results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the regional representative for divisional or enterprise performance initiatives.
• Influence and guide leaders through change, aligning teams around shared goals and execution expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Senior‑level experience leading performance improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven success delivering measurable results across multiple sites or business units.
• Strong background in operations, analytics, and performance management within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or materials‑based environments.
• Experience influencing leaders in highly decentralized organizations.
• Advanced analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong executive presence with excellent verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to think strategically while driving disciplined, hands‑on execution.
• Experience using enterprise systems and performance dashboards (ERP, BI, analytics tools preferred).
