Production and Print Lead – Full Time Full Time NEW

Do you love helping great people and making a meaningful impact in your community? Mountainside Mail is looking for a Production & Print Lead to grow and lead our print and production services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on production work and building systems that help a team succeed. You’ll play a key role in expanding our print offerings, developing workflows, and training team members to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily print and production operations (business cards, brochures, postcards, and more)
• Develop systems, workflows, and training procedures for production projects
• Train and support team members to become proficient in print and production services
• Ensure high-quality output and excellent customer experience
• Assist customers with print needs, recommendations, and solutions
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to grow production offerings and improve efficiency

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:15 PM
(Occasional later hours may be needed to complete projects)

Summary

As a Production & Print Lead, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards in print quality, customer service, and team training. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll help drive growth in our production services while contributing to a positive, collaborative retail environment.
