What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide high-level customer service by handling sales and service inquiries
• Assist customers with order placement and product-related questions
• Research and resolve service complaints through various communication channels including email and chat

• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must reside in an approved state (TX, NE, SD, IA, FL)
• Must possess a personal computer less than 5 years old running Microsoft Windows 10 or 11
• High-speed internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload
• Minimum of 8GB RAM required for computer
• Must have an approved headset and up-to-date computer security software

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Familiarity with food products and marketing strategies
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
• Experience working remotely or in a virtual customer service environment
